Inquiries are not a contract
Sending a partnership inquiry — through the form or by email — does not create an engagement, a statement of work, or any obligation on either side. A reply, even a detailed one, is still a conversation. Work starts only when both sides sign an agreement.
Who owns the code
When a partner engagement starts, you own the partner repository from the first commit. That line is part of how we work; the signed agreement states it in legal language. Until then, nothing on this site transfers IP or grants a license beyond reading the pages.
Averil and LobeStack
Averil and LobeStack are separate products. Their terms, privacy notices, and billing live on averil.ai and lobestack.com. This page does not govern those products.
The writing on the site
Case studies, product descriptions, and process notes describe how we work. They are not warranties, delivery dates, or offers to the public. Availability changes.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the contact form — automated spam, false identities used to harass, or attempts to break the site. We may refuse or ignore submissions that look like that.
