United States
US hours, same remote team.
If you are in New York, Austin, or the Pacific, we will overlap your day. You get named engineers, your repository, and a first reply within two working days.
What you get.
- Overlap with your US working hours, agreed up front
- The same build-monitor-handover as every other engagement
- A conversation about contracting across the border if that is relevant
How it works.
01
Pick the path
A product build, or extra seniors on a system you already run.
02
Agree overlap
Core hours and a written decision log. We will not ask you to run the company at midnight.
03
Work in your tools
Your repo, your backlog, your flags. We do not hold the source.
Fit.
These criteria help determine whether the engagement model matches your requirements.
This is a fit when
- A US team that wants remote seniors in their hours
- A first version you intend to hire around later
A poor fit when
- On-site staff in a US city
- A marketplace match in seven days
Products we run.
Averil and LobeStack are live and operated remotely. Engineer backgrounds include work at US companies before Techsity. Those logos are prior employers, not customers.
Questions.
Who is on the project?
An engineer participates in assessing the work and remains involved during delivery. We identify the proposed team and responsibilities during scoping and communicate any necessary staffing changes.
Who owns the code?
Client work is maintained in a repository the client can access. Source-code ownership, third-party components, and any licensing terms are documented in the engagement agreement.
Can you just add engineers to our team?
Yes, for focused requirements where senior engineers can join an existing product team. We are not structured for large-volume staffing or an interchangeable contractor bench.
Plan a product build.
We aim to reply within two working days. Email info@techsity.comif you would rather provide project details directly.
